What I'll do for you
- Provide a professional and third sector experienced approach.
- Deliver good governance training sessions - process and culture.
- Work with you to get governance right skills matrix analysis, recruitment and advert profile creation, planning content and meeting structure, best practice and behaviours, policies assessment. Facilitation at key sessions.
- Work with you to plan and deliver strategy - vision, mission, core purpose reviews, business canvas creation, objective setting, tracking and measurement, stakeholder mapping.
What I'll do for you
- Work with you to analyse your income streams - income diversification, build corporate and SME relationships, analysis of service cost to impact
- Help you build more effective staff and operational management relationships, Development and Away Days planning and facilitation, planning and managing difficult conversations and feedback.
- Help you scope, understand and build sustainable relationships with local and corporate businesses, identify the key decision makers, create impactful stories
